Here are the simplest instructions to make a Kitchen Cabinet.

Case Panels
In the first stage, you need to gather the required raw materials. Plywood or full sheets can be bought and use a circular saw for cutting the sheets into square sizes. Circular saw is easy to use and sharp to cut the raw materials into pieces. You will need to cut the side panels, bottom shelves, and the faces and frames of the cabinet too. In the beginning, you need to measure the panels and shelves by marking them with a marker. Then, you can use the circular saw to cut the plywood according to the measurement.

Front Frame
The front frame of the cabinets is not only about the appearance, but it also holds the entire structure by fixing the doors and panels. Drawers are also connected to this frame. You should be aware of the size requirement of the entire framework, for which you can measure the plywood and cut it accordingly. In order to have the proper size of the frame, you can look for some standard sizes that range between 2’-6” to 3’-0”. The front frames should be ripped from the board size of 1x6. Next, after ripping, you have to make pocket holes on the frame with the help of pocket hole tools.

Assembly
After creating proper pocket holes, it is now time to assemble the panels, shelves, and drawers. In the case of making cabinets, it is important to attach and make the cabinet box. Join the side panels to the front frame on both sides, and then attach the bottom panel to the frame that gives the required shape to the box. All the shelves are fixed properly when attached to the pocket holes. If you are not adding any drawers, then you have to add the shelves inside it to make better storage space. But in the case of drawers, you have to add them separately. Fix the shelves with screws to make them more stable and durable.

Drawers
After the entire frame is ready, you have to add the door panels and make drawers. For proper drawer mounting, it is important to prepare the measurement and cut the plywood according to the sizes. You can add some separate section for spoons and other small things to store inside the drawer. Fix the roller or sliders at the bottom for mounting and movement of the drawers swiftly. Or you can use the traditional way to add drawers, but they will be less smooth than the rolling ones.

Doors
If you are not installing drawers in your kitchen cabinet, it is important to add doors not only for the safety of your food items but also to make your kitchen look neat and organized. You need hinges for that. Different stylish hinges are available that you can use to attach the frame to the doors. To make a door, you have to place a 3/8” cut plywood in between the frames and make grooves in it to fix the door panels. If you find it difficult, you can simply fix doors with hinges without any face frames, but remember, frames provide better looks and functionality.

Final Touch
After you are done with the complete structure, it is time to provide the finishing touch. To color the panels, start with a primer color, use at least two coats, and then add the final color. Do not forget to color the interiors with light colors of paints such as white, so that the internal part can be easily visible. You can use brush paints or spray paints to make the task easier and faster.
