Maintaining a balanced diet not only helps you prevent and also ensures the proper functioning of your eyes.

Lack of humidity leads to the drying of eyes, but it is for a short time until the percent of humidity is less, as soon the normal humidity returns the problem disappears. But for those who have the problem and does not resolve it is suggested to install a humidifier that can reduce the drying of eyes.

Moreover, there are certain medicines which also reduce the production of tears, thereby leading to a deficiency of it. And finally, environmental conditions are also significant contributors to such disorder as a dry climate will lead you to suffer in greater numbers.
