This test is designed to measure the pressure inside your eyes and also a test for glaucoma. It is done by a machine that blows a small puff of air into your eye which is painless.
Slit Lamp Exam
A slit lamp is a binocular microscope which an optometrist uses to test the structures of your eye under a high degree of magnification. You will need to place your forehead and chin against the points given in the instrument before you and the doctor will examine your eye closely.
